Listen, I've been in your shoes

I understand the dynamic we face as high-impact executives and entrepreneurs—the demands of high accountability paired with tendencies toward perfectionism and procrastination that aren't defects, but signs of our high-functioning nature, knowing another level is available. 

Born and raised in Jamaica, New York, to black parents from the South and Harlem, I was groomed by my Special Education teacher mother to leverage education as my pathway forward—testing into Stuyvesant High School, graduating from Princeton University, and earning my MPA from NYU all by age 27. 

After expatriating to Europe for the next 30 years, I've lived almost exactly half my life in the fishbowl of African American woman-ness and matured into adulthood in Denmark, giving me a unique dual perspective on success and identity. 

Over three decades, I built and operated four consecutive consultancies specializing in family coaching, executive coaching, organizational development, and breakthrough results technology. But I had still to experience a real breakthrough in my businesses.

I had to do the work myself to discover how to pull these elements together and cause the breakthrough results we long for—whether in personal relationships, professional growth, business expansion, or optimal health and well-being.

My unique framework centers on three core pillars: developing bulletproof self-esteem, transforming generational trauma, and building frameworks for consistent breakthrough results. 

I stand against the notion that traditional approaches like therapy, advanced training, meditation, prayer or simply outworking everyone can consistently help us identify and manage our generational trauma responses. 

Through nine transformational processes that build upon each other, I help my clients cause comprehensive breakthrough results that elevate their individual success while establishing trust pathways for successful team-building and collaborative advancement.
